B2B Sales Professional

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Toronto. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new business development through cold-calling and field walk-ins with minimal post-sale account management. You will work closely with Business Development Account Managers and leadership to position City Wide's unique value proposition and establish mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory. Proficiency in CRM systems and excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential. If you are a driven and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients
- Initiating the sales process by scheduling appointments and making initial presentations
- Closing sales by building rapport with potential accounts and explaining our service capabilities
- Conducting a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week
- Utilizing and managing a customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information
- Maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner
Requirements:
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent experience in outside sales
- Demonstrated track record of success, with a strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
- Proficiency in CRM systems and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler or President's Club, preferred
- Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
- Outgoing and dynamic personality, with a can-do attitude and a love of being challenged
