In the Role

We are seeking a B2B Sales Professional to drive sales of our upskilling and employee assessment solutions in Europe, the U.S., and other English-speaking markets. This is a full-cycle sales role based in Europe (CET or GMT+1) and working remotely with the B2B spread out across Europe, LATAM, and other markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking.
  • Create relationships with prospects and understand their pain points.
  • Qualify leads and present the value of our solutions, emphasizing how they solve customer problems.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are aligned with product features.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.

  • Based in Europe, with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the corporate sector. Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving measurable sales KPIs.
  • Existing network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
