Mace is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our consult business, you will play a crucial role in delivering vital infrastructure projects that communities depend on.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in organizational development, teambuilding, collaboration techniques, and training planning, design, and delivery. You will be responsible for supporting the capability & change lead on organizational development initiatives, including developing high-performing teams, team chartering, and embedding a collaborative culture.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing plans, training materials, and designing workshops to support organizational development initiatives
- Monitoring the impact of initiatives through various methods, including surveys
- Providing support to the deliverables and key activities as needed
Requirements include:
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient scope writing capability
- Confidence to present effectively to large groups and senior leadership
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of self-awareness
