Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will assist the organizational development & collaborative manager with consulting advice and support on:

  • Organization development, developing high-performing teams, team chartering, embedding collaborative culture, executive coaching, team coaching & leadership development, and talent management.
  • Developing and delivering collaborative behaviors 12-month plans, high-performing teams materials, and organizational development management plans.
  • Monitoring the reception of accountabilities and responsibilities by the IPDT and making necessary amendments, including the exclusion of some deliverables if required.
  • Any additional duties deemed necessary to support deliverables and key activities during the annual service plan (ASP).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational skills, with a particular focus on identifying gaps in org structures and providing solutions to resolve them.
  • Proficient scope writing capability.
  • Ability to present to large groups and promote project objectives and rhetoric.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with demonstrated ability to present in person.
Desirable Qualifications

We are also looking for candidates with:

  • Experience of collaborative projects and agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in communication or education or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management or Professional business qualification is necessary.
