About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Design and Effectiveness Lead to join our team at Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. in a key role that will play a vital part in shaping our organizational design and effectiveness projects.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational design, process improvements, and change management methodologies, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in a matrix environment and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Organizational Design Solutions: Utilize expertise in organizational design to develop and implement solutions that align with business goals, including identifying gaps and opportunities for standardization and scalable growth.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct external and internal research to identify best practices and areas for standardization and simplification, and analyze complex problems to develop practical and simple solutions.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Workshops: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to develop job descriptions, process maps, procedures, and organization structures with clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage Projects and Teams: Manage organizational design and development projects involving cross-functional stakeholders, track status of deliverables, and create project management plans for organizational design initiatives.
  • Apply Change Management Methodologies: Apply change management methodologies to develop rollout plans for new processes and procedures to ensure adoption and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: University degree and/or certifications in business or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in business consulting roles focused on organizational design and change management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated consulting skills, knowledge of organizational design, process improvements, and change management methodologies, strong project and change management skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
