About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Expert Organizational Development Professional to join our team at Michael Garron Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual with a proven track record of delivering impactful organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic organizational effectiveness programs, aligning with our hospital's goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop targeted initiatives, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development plans for emerging leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement survey initiatives and action planning processes to drive positive change.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to staff to support their professional growth and development.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness, leveraging technology to enhance staff training and leadership development.
  • Align Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI) education and training with our organization's EDI goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Health Administration, or Adult Education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in organizational development, training/education, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in leadership development, employee engagement, performance consulting, organizational design, project and change management methodologies, and adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess organizational development/learning needs, design, implement, deliver, and evaluate programs.
  • Strong technical expertise in leadership assessment methodologies, delivery technologies, learning theories, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, facilitate, negotiate, and influence others.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
