Job Overview

We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of $$$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including free parking and 40 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Direct and control daily operations to maximize productivity
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Manage contracts and agreements with employees and external partners
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance overall performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
