Salesforce Technical Lead Opportunity

Location: Hybrid (1 day/week)

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce technical lead to join our team at S I Systems. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for working closely with end users and business stakeholders to understand their needs, conduct gap analysis, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with integration and enterprise-level solutioning, as well as strong Salesforce skills. They will be a strong leader who can partner with architecture on design and integration, create impact analysis documents, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with end users and business teams to understand business needs and requirements
  • Partner with architecture on understanding the design and integration of Salesforce solutions
  • Create impact analysis documents, user stories, and design workflows for implementation
  • Delve and enhance new and current solutions and applications
  • Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications, writing production quality code, and implementation
  • Understand existing database schema, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
  • Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non-functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing
  • Support the solution in production as needed
  • Improve the end-user experience by finding scalable solutions and addressing complex ad-hoc queries
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Coach and train end-users as needed
  • Participate and run SCRUM meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience as a BSA, with 3+ years' experience as a technical lead
  • 2+ years' recent experience in integration testing in the Salesforce CRM platform with other external applications
  • 3+ years' experience writing intermediate SQL queries
