**Salesforce Technical Lead**:
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of complex, high-quality Salesforce solutions and will be part of our growing Salesforce Practice.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements.
- Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Possess 8+ Years of experience in SFDC Configuration Development & Customization Lightning and Integration.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex issues.
- Exhibit good communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

**Working Arrangements**:
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client OR Cognizant office in Toronto/Kitchener, ON. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
