**What you will do**:

- Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements.
- Drive the technical scoping and development of the solution.
- Look for ways to improve performance, user experience.
- Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility rules to ensure proper data access controls.
- Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Possess 8+ Years of experience in SFDC Configuration Development & Customization Lightning and Integration.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of SFDC Identity and Security.
- Have experience with SFDC Integration.
- Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Certifications Required**:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

**Working Arrangements**:
