Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of complex, high-quality Salesforce solutions and will be part of our growing Salesforce Practice.

In this role you will
  • Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements.
  • Be responsible for the development and customization of Salesforce applications to enhance functionality.
  • Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Fix and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications
What you will need to succeed
  • Possess 8+ Years of experience in SFDC Configuration Development & Customization Lightning and Integration.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex issues.
  • Exhibit good communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Working Arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client OR Cognizant office in Toronto/Kitchener, ON. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
