Job Title: Shift Manager

At Mr. Sub, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
