Shift Team Lead

At Mr. Sub, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
