Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Mr. Sub. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Train and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties and performance expectations.
- Operations Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and quality food.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession, restaurant
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, physically demanding
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
