- Assist store management in operational functions, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Partner with store management to develop and implement action plans to optimize store performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of new associates through onboarding and training programs.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their customer service skills and sales performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to team members to maximize store efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate individual and team performance feedback to store management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed.
- 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
