Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Train and supervise a team of 3-4 food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for the team, taking into account customer demand and staff availability.
- Communication: Maintain excellent oral communication skills, and work effectively with colleagues and customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
