Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Mr. Sub. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for the team, taking into account customer demand and staff availability.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
