Real Estate Operations Manager

- Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Real Estate Administrative Manager to support our leadership team and new agents in executing our vision for success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prepare real estate documents, maintain digital and physical files, and support the creation of checklists and SOPs.
- Agent On-boarding: Lead the onboarding process for new agents, ensure access to tech platforms, social media resources, and CRM systems, provide ongoing support, and lead, mentor, and develop a team of licensed agents and brokers.
- Client Care: Promote a client-focused culture, address client inquiries and concerns, and maintain the highest standards of client care.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, manage vendor relationships, coordinate office events, agent meetings, and training sessions, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, monitor deadlines, renewals, and updates for licenses and certifications.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between leadership, agents, and external parties, ensure clear communication, streamline workflow, and handle disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate administration or management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in real estate platforms and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions, documentation, and compliance.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with real estate portals and experience supporting agent onboarding and training.
