Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced real estate office environment and will be required to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
