We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate team at YVR Real Estate Advisors. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and establishing office procedures and routines. You will also be responsible for preparing and keying in correspondence and legal documents, as well as reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience an asset
