We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AXE IT CONSULTING INC.

About the Role

This permanent position, 40 hours per week, offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users experiencing computer difficulties. This includes consulting user guides and technical manuals for solutions, offering advice and training to users, and keeping a log of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to users' technical queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with users to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to users to enhance their technical skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.
