Technical Support Specialist

At Sidetrade, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our AI-powered Order-to-Cash platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Product, to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and technical developments to provide expert support.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical or application support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Technical knowledge of SQL, Linux server, or Web App Support.
