Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Rish Consulting. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to user inquiries and provide timely assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Research and implement solutions to complex technical issues, utilizing various resources such as technical manuals and online documentation.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, leveraging this knowledge to improve future support efforts.
  5. Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance users' understanding of our systems and applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and other operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
