Technical Support Specialist

Rish Consulting seeks a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the technical support department. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to user inquiries, provide advice and training in response to identified difficulties, and offer guidance on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Research and Implement Solutions: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical problems.
- Log and Maintain Solutions: Collect, organize, and maintain a log of solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
- Business Systems Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week.
- Language: English.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
