About Sunlight Dental Clinic
We are a dynamic and fast-paced dental clinic seeking an experienced administrative specialist to join our team. As a Dental Clinic Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless communication between patients, staff, and management.
Job Summary
This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage patient records, appointments, and billing processes
- Process insurance claims and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders
- Clinic Operations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and protocols
- Data Entry and Reporting
- Enter and format medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- Experience
- 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
