About Sunlight Dental Clinic

We are a dynamic dental clinic seeking an experienced administrative specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing patient records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. The salary range for this role is $45,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Intake and Coordination: Interview patients to obtain case histories, schedule appointments, and confirm client information.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical files and records, including insurance claims and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operation.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and in a team setting.
