Pediatric Dental Administrative Coordinator

Pediatric Dental Administrative Coordinator sought by Dental Works 4 Kids to enhance our organization with operational excellence, patient intimacy, teamwork support, and consistency in our values. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a treatment coordinator/administrative assistant, with a strong outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and self-presentation skills. Proficiency in Abledent and Orthotrack is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Conduct new patient interviews, present and discuss treatment plans, explain insurance benefits, and make financial arrangements. Schedule patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals, handle patient finances, maintain patient records, coordinate patient flow, and correspond with government insurances. Directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office through effective treatment coordinating, account follow-up, appointment scheduling, accounts collections, and outstanding patient service.
