About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at BIA Bakes Private Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to meet their targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
