Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at the Ladders. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools
