Assistant Director of Learning Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Director of Learning Operations at Mathnasium. As a key member of our centre operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our math education programs and ensuring the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Centre Operations: Assist the Centre Director in administering student assessments, developing student learning plans, and maintaining a high level of customer service through regular communication with parents and sending student progress updates.
  • Sales and Marketing: Support sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students, and identify opportunities for promoting the brand through networking and community liaison.
  • Instructional Leadership: Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training, and provide instruction to students when needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining a safe and professional learning environment, and supporting the maintenance of digital educational materials and processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Math Skills: Solid math skills up to algebra level.
  • Experience: Experience in sales, customer relation management, supervisory/leadership roles, and instructional leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to cultivate teamwork, and eagerness to learn and be trained.
