Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Director of Learning Operations at Mathnasium. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Director in administering student assessments, developing student learning plans, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Assessment and Learning Planning: Assist the Centre Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans to ensure students receive personalized instruction and achieve academic success.
- Customer Service and Experience Management: Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating regularly with parents and sending progress updates, ensuring a positive experience for students and their families.
- Sales and Marketing: Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students, and identify opportunities to promote the brand through networking and community outreach.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training, and join instructional staff in providing instruction to students when needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining a safe and professional learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Undergraduate degree or higher
- Math Skills: Solid math skills up to algebra level
- Experience: Experience in sales, customer relation management, and supervisory/leadership roles
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to cultivate teamwork, and balance education and sales responsibilities
