Assistant Learning Center Manager

Mathnasium, South Surrey is seeking a dedicated individual to support its Centre operations as an Assistant Centre Director.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our learning center by combining your passion for education with your administrative and leadership skills.
As an Assistant Centre Director, you will play a vital role in driving student achievement, fostering positive relationships with parents, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our centre.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Centre Director to assess students' learning needs and develop personalized learning plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with parents and addressing their inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Oversee the parent and student experience from initial contact, ensuring a welcoming and informative journey throughout their engagement with Mathnasium.
- Contribute to sales efforts by supporting student enrollment and identifying opportunities for brand promotion within the community.
- Lead and mentor our team of instructors, providing guidance on delivering personalized instruction that caters to each student's unique learning style.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to learn and grow.
- Proficiently utilize digital educational materials and processes to enhance the learning experience.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the efficient operation of the centre.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills up to algebra.
- Have experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Exhibit proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Be able to effectively balance educational and sales responsibilities.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Show a willingness to learn and be trained on our unique curriculum and methodologies.
- Have proficiency in computer skills.
