About the Role

The Account Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This role requires a high level of expertise in commercial insurance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Policy Administration: Manage the administration of commercial insurance policies, including policy renewals, cancellations, and changes.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential exposures and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless delivery of commercial insurance solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Commercial Insurance Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of policy wordings and coverages.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key industry sectors, including manufacturing, construction, and healthcare.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and provide recommendations for mitigation.
