Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products and increasing their use within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision makers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet sales targets and deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in a hospital/institutional sales position
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and web-based customer support tools
