Vascular Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our company's products to healthcare professionals and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Account Management
- Schedule and conduct sales calls with current and potential customers to meet revenue and unit growth objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote our products to healthcare professionals and hospitals.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and their applications in the vascular market.
- Provide educational sessions and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and hospitals to promote our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and customer service.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer needs.
- Develop and implement solutions to customer complaints and issues.
- 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular sales or a related field.
- Strong clinical, analytical, and selling skills.
- Proven ability to take on a large number of accounts and meet sales objectives.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A four-year degree in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or business.
- Strong knowledge of the vascular market and industry trends.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals and hospitals.
