Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our company's products to healthcare professionals and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Account Management
  • Schedule and conduct sales calls with current and potential customers to meet revenue and unit growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote our products to healthcare professionals and hospitals.
Product Knowledge and Education
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and their applications in the vascular market.
  • Provide educational sessions and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and hospitals to promote our products.
Relationship Building and Communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and customer service.
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer needs.
  • Develop and implement solutions to customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular sales or a related field.
  • Strong clinical, analytical, and selling skills.
  • Proven ability to take on a large number of accounts and meet sales objectives.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or business.
  • Strong knowledge of the vascular market and industry trends.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals and hospitals.
