Territory Sales Manager, Grocery

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Determine the relevant factors of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote our products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
- Schedule Sales Calls: Meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by the company.
- Analyze Sales Figures: Analyze quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports to identify the needs of particular accounts and discuss issues with Regional Sales Manager.
- Establish Pricing Packages: Work with relevant BSC personnel to establish price points that address specific customer needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.
- Respond to Customer Needs: Develop creative and feasible solutions or work with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- Develop Relationships: Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or equivalent combination of sales and education experience.
- Medical Device Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous experience in medical device sales.
- Education: A four-year degree with a background in sales and proven track record of success.
