About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products and increasing their use within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective business plans to execute selling strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans.
- Identify key decision makers and conduct customer meetings within assigned territory.
- Maintain current CRM records and achieve sales goals for all promoted products.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the correct use of our products in the disease in which they are approved.
- Optimize time and efficiency within a large geographic area to maximize impact and results.
- Review and analyze data/systems/processes to identify and create business opportunities and to improve tactical implementation of strategic goals.
- Comply with Boston Scientific's code of conduct and policy guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years industry experience required with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in a hospital/institutional sales position.
- Strong business and financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and platform skills.
- Ability to identify decision makers and influence decisions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and web-based customer support tools.
