Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products and increasing their use within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective business plans to execute selling strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans.
  • Identify key decision makers and conduct customer meetings within assigned territory.
  • Maintain current CRM records and achieve sales goals for all promoted products.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the correct use of our products in the disease in which they are approved.
  • Optimize time and efficiency within a large geographic area to maximize impact and results.
  • Review and analyze data/systems/processes to identify and create business opportunities and to improve tactical implementation of strategic goals.
  • Comply with Boston Scientific's code of conduct and policy guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience required with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in a hospital/institutional sales position.
  • Strong business and financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and platform skills.
  • Ability to identify decision makers and influence decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and web-based customer support tools.
