Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Q-TECH WIRELESS & REPAIR INC. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are available for customers.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and authorize returns of merchandise, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other problems that may impact the smooth operation of the store.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Health Benefits: Health care plan
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 160 hours per week
  • Language: English
