Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ROLL STONE GRANITE COUNTERTOP INC. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign sales workers to their duties, ensuring that all areas of the store are adequately staffed and that customers receive excellent service.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that employees have adequate time off.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that all problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and that stock levels are maintained.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Manage the day-to-day activities of sales workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
