About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Q-TECH WIRELESS & REPAIR INC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied and loyal to our brand.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and that our store's inventory is accurately reflected.
  • Sales and Revenue: Sell merchandise to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the store.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 to 160 hours per week
