Key Responsibilities:
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise and ensure that all stock is received and stored correctly.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all sales are processed correctly.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurate.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 7 Months to Less than 1 Year of Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment is required.
- On-Site Work: This role requires on-site work, with no option to work remotely.
