- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
- Sales Activities: Engage in direct sales and assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure age verification for the sale of restricted items such as lottery tickets and alcohol.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
