About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Programming Implementation to join our team at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). As a key member of our IRAP Division Services team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new programming, systems, and projects, as well as optimizing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, development, and delivery of new programming, systems, and projects at IRAP, as well as optimizing existing ones.
  • Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and report on results to stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on programming and systems development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a recognized postsecondary institution in a relevant discipline.
  • Significant experience in supervising, managing, and developing staff.
  • Experience in managing project and operational budgets.
  • Knowledge of leadership and management practices and principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop succinct recommendations.
