Join the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) as a Manager, Programming Implementation and contribute to the success of our teams within NRC-IRAP's Division Services.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and delivery of new programming, systems, and projects at IRAP, as well as optimize existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities and resources.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on project-related matters.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized postsecondary institution in a relevant discipline.
- Significant experience in project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
