We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Programming Implementation to join our team at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). As a key member of our IRAP Division, you will play a critical role in supporting our teams and driving innovation forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of new programming, systems, and projects at IRAP, optimizing existing ones to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management, leveraging your expertise in project management, change management, and financial analysis.
- Manage project and operational budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
- Develop and implement training strategies and guidance materials to enhance team performance and knowledge.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized postsecondary institution in a relevant discipline.
- Significant experience in supervising, managing, and developing staff, as well as managing project and operational budgets.
- Proven track record of delivering grants and contributions programs, with experience in change management and technical writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
