Job Title: Administrative Officer - Office Support

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Tio Renovations and Landscaping Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
