Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Support Associate in Ottawa, Ontario. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills who can multitask effectively while working remotely.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a hybrid work policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and user support via our Help Desk (ZenDesk) and by phone. They will also support Sales and Customer Success teams with client onboarding and ongoing account management.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain customer focus at all times by looking for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and improve satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical support and user support via our Help Desk (ZenDesk) and by phone.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams with client onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Implement changes to customer accounts in consultation with Sales and/or Customer Success teams.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Develop and/or maintain core customer-facing resources such as knowledge base, in-app walkthroughs, training videos.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication.
- Strong desire to work with technology, and a strong technical aptitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to learn, work hard, and look for opportunities to contribute more.
- Ability to multi-task effectively while working remotely.
This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
