Customer Success Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Coordinator to play a vital role in our operations team. As a key member, you will work collaboratively with experienced Customer Success Managers to deliver programs on time, including mystery shopping, operational audits, and customer-satisfaction surveys.
This is a detail-oriented position that requires hands-on skills. Our Customer Success Coordinators are not sales-focused, but rather, they focus on the intricacies of client programs, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements and advising clients on best practices.
A successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients, focusing on adoption of our product suite and highlighting insights that drive value for our partners. You will be working within a coast-to-coast team, learning about our ever-developing suite of products and translating that knowledge into real customer value.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Achievement orientation: Strong ability to meet and exceed goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Relationship builder: Proven ability to build long-term partnerships with clients, enhancing their experience with our products.
- Project manager: Experience in understanding client objectives, establishing project timelines, and communicating effectively with our internal team.
- Aptitude for technology: Familiarity with new technology and ability to work confidently in our systems.
- Commitment to continuous development: Strong desire to learn and improve performance and processes.
- Analytical skills: Ability to conduct problem analysis and find solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Client Management, or Project Management.
- Industry-specific experience, including customer-facing software solutions or retail operations.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Word.
