Senior Customer Success Professional - Regulatory Compliance Expert
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Professional to join our team at Assent Compliance Inc. in a Regulatory Compliance Expert role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, project management, and consulting roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.
About Us:Assent Compliance Inc. is a leading provider of software solutions for regulatory compliance and supply chain risk management. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their success in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute compliance programs from start to finish, working closely with Program Support teams to achieve client milestones.
- Actively manage client relationships, helping clients realize the economic value of their subscriptions and preserving revenue growth.
- Manage an assigned book of business, overseeing overall Customer Health and associated performance metrics.
- Lead high-level strategic planning sessions with Assent's customers, including Executive Business Reviews, to optimize business value and increase product adoption.
- Analyze program results and supply chain responsiveness to identify additional strategies and opportunities for improvement with the Program Support teams.
- Identify client goals and success metrics, ensuring quality product configuration during implementation and conducting regular progress check-ins.
- Support the Sales team in ongoing renewal management of owned accounts to meet renewal targets.
- Take on special projects to enhance customer success management processes.
- Possess intermediate regulatory knowledge to consult with clients in program direction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
- A University, College and/or Post Graduate Certificate in a related area of study or equal working experience.
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles.
- Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles.
- Experience working in a technology/SaaS and/or a Professional Services organization would be considered an asset.
- Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stable relationships in a collaborative environment.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute on several asks for many different client accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Estimated Salary:$95,000 - $105,000 per annum
