Key Responsibilities

- Manage client accounts, identify opportunities to contact clients, and maintain timely and accurate account administration.

- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing clear and concise information on account transactions, requests, and documentation.

- Collaborate with Advisors to welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

- Utilize your problem-solving skills to provide proactive client service, working closely with various departments to resolve client issues efficiently.

- Assist Advisors in coordinating and preparing meetings with clients and prospects, leveraging your knowledge of internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

- Strong skills in working with various business applications and technology.

- High level of time management and organization skills.

- Demonstrated ability to provide world-class client service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) is an asset.

- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is an asset.
